We value honesty, integrity, and transparency.

Violations of rules, law infringement and disregard of our values may result in financial losses and endanger our reputation as well as our standing with public authorities. If you observe misconduct that threats our company and/or our values, we ask you to speak up. 

We greatly appreciate the courage and responsibility this might take. By sharing your concerns, you help us to detect issues early, protect our organization, and to strengthen a fair and ethical work environment for everyone.

The Speak-Up Portal is administered by the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance. You can be assured that all concerns reported are taken seriously. All reports are thoroughly reviewed, and properly handled according to the process ​​​​​​​described below. Whenever necessary, a formal investigation is conducted by the Governance, Risk & Compliance team. 

Any resulting actions or consequences are determined with fairness, proportionality, and based on the severity of the issue.

As an employee or business partner, you can report suspected criminal offences, serious violations of rules or disregard for our values to us – either by providing your name or completely anonymously. It is not possible to trace the report back to you unless you provide data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your identity. The following questionnaire will guide you through the information you need to provide.
After you submit your report, a secure mailbox will be set up for you so that we can continue to communicate anonymously. It would be very helpful if you could activate this mailbox, as there are regularly questions to ask. A traceability to you is not possible if you do not provide any data that allows conclusions about your person.

Please note that, depending on the case certain outcomes or measures cannot always be disclosed publicly due to legal or privacy obligation.
